A few things to know
Points are based on the amount paid for products, course fees and deposits, and completed services, after refunds and excluding delivery. Online purchases update when you open your rewards account; the salon can record eligible purchases made in person.
The membership bonus is awarded once per client. Reviews must be linked to your own completed booking, with one review per visit, and are checked before publication. We welcome every honest rating. Claim rewards in your account, then arrange them with the salon. Cancelled claims return their points; refunds may adjust your balance.
